Responsibilities

- Manage $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum or AI ethics (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies
