Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with strategic allocation to emerging tech ventures
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven future-tech deployment experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech impact (patents, open-source projects, or startups)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Design Thinking 3.0)
