Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Drive sustainable tech integration across 500+ client deployments
- Manage $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on federally funded projects
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in TensorFlow PyTorch and quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of scaling tech from prototype to market
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
