Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000 series)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
- MBA or MS in Technology Management preferred
