Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum or AI innovations
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and tech policy development
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures and machine learning optimization
