- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches and grant applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Drive patent development targeting 15+ novel tech solutions annually
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Global Tech Summits
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to Series B+ valuations
- Expertise in AI alignment, quantum error correction, or carbon-neutral data centers
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 Tech Standards Committee
