Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype breakthrough solutions addressing future market needs
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent research to identify white-space opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline effectiveness and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with 18-24 month horizons
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for experimental projects
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
