Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum encryption, and climate-positive tech
- Design scalable prototypes for 2026 market readiness with cross-functional teams
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital for moonshot projects through compelling tech roadmaps
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to pilot future-tech adoption frameworks
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior innovators in our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping 3+ breakthrough technologies (patents required)
- Expertise in at least two of: neural networks, blockchain, or bio-integrated systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Published research in top-tier journals (IEEE, ACM, Nature)
- Ability to secure $1M+ in research grants independently
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST quantum security frameworks
