Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/quantum research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning frameworks

- Proven track record of scaling tech prototypes to commercial deployment
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow
