What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Research, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
- Define technical standards and architectural guidelines to ensure scalability, security, and performance of future systems.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and compellingly.
- Manage the lifecycle of pilot projects, from initial concept through to production deployment and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in at least one core technology stack (e.g., Python, Java, Rust) with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with emerging technologies, AI/ML frameworks, or futuristic computing paradigms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
