Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic engineering

- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Strong background in ISO 27001 and NIST IR 8410 compliance
- Experience with EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act regulations
