Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the OmniFuture 2026 Platform, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging tech shifts.
- Research and implement emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize system performance for real-time data processing and low-latency neural networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech stacks.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
