Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science or related field required
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with federal tech grant applications (SBIR, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Certification in quantum algorithms (e.g., IBM Qiskit)
