Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the '2026' technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D initiatives to identify and prototype emerging technologies before they reach the mainstream market.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all deployed platforms.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and greenfield projects.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions against rapid technological obsolescence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
