Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our product roadmap.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting next-generation data loads and AI models.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on futuristic technologies, conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, translating future tech into business value.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all futuristic architectures adhere to rigorous security standards and future-proof compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management, with a focus on emerging tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Proofing: Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and the potential trajectory of Web3 and IoT by 2026.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change.
- Communication: Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
