Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI models and spatial computing frameworks targeting deployment in 2026.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Innovation Initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Guide a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Optimize system performance for high-latency, low-latency, and edge computing environments.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, maintaining transparency and bias mitigation in all algorithmic outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Demonstrated experience with spatial computing platforms (e.g., AR/VR development, Spatial OS) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
