Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI evolution and decentralized systems.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance technical architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and user interactions.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies to determine their viability for mass adoption.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and blockchain protocols.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and assess their business impact before they become mainstream.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex futuristic technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
