Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, or Cloud Native environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
