Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with company vision.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to determine strategic applicability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future tech solutions.
- Advocate for innovation culture, driving initiatives that push the boundaries of current tech stacks.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide quarterly insights on competitive advantages for 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources for ambitious future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performance teams.
