Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 20+ members
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and microservices at enterprise scale
- Published research or patents in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with 5-year technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in DevOps/CI/CD pipelines for complex systems
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
