Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) to integrate into our core products.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional R&D team to prototype and validate futuristic solutions before mass deployment.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and futuristic system architectures capable of handling next-gen workloads.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
