Responsibilities
- Lead Visionary Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for future technology integration, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum-ready architectures.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, mentoring junior developers and senior architects alike.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native systems that can handle the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our R&D division to prototype emerging technologies, including neural networks and edge computing solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or research interest in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
