Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming technology releases, focusing on AI integration, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to prototype and validate emerging tech trends before market adoption.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and senior architects in future-tech methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visions for executive leadership and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all futuristic implementations adhere to current and upcoming ethical guidelines in AI and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Development, or Future Tech Architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and anticipate future tech challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
