Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic technical roadmap for emerging technologies, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define technical requirements for the 2026 product suite.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, driving research initiatives and evaluating emerging tech partners.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential applications in software architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
