Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable neural networks and robotic control systems focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to predict and implement emerging technologies required for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to translate complex algorithms into user-centric products.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce strict protocols for bias, safety, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes for next-generation human-computer interfaces and automated logistics.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and robotics.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with limited constraints.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies proactively.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
