Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Solutions: Design and implement the core architecture for Artificial General Intelligence systems capable of adaptive learning and self-improvement.
- Quantum Integration: Develop algorithms that are optimized for future quantum computing architectures to solve complex problems.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish guidelines and guardrails to ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate complex tech into user value.
- R&D Leadership: Drive innovation labs to explore emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Foresight: Demonstrated experience with or deep understanding of future tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum, Synthetic Data).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-dimensional scaling problems.
