Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced machine learning models for real-time processing.
- Lead research initiatives into Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen AI into core products.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Experience with Quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
