Responsibilities
Define the Vision: Architect the long-term technical roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and future-forward computing models.Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of predictive algorithms, autonomous systems, and next-gen software architectures.Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate theoretical advancements in quantum computing and neural networks into scalable, production-ready engineering solutions.Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and ethical responsibility.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product and business units to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current product lines.Risk Management: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and ethical challenges in future tech deployment early in the development cycle.
Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and a strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles.Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, ambiguous, and innovative projects.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
