Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Project, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, design, operations) to translate abstract concepts into concrete deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
