Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Pioneer Emerging Technologies: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems architecture that anticipates future scalability needs.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Organize and manage high-velocity innovation sprints to transition experimental concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding junior engineers and senior architects alike in adopting futuristic methodologies.

Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- The Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and successfully integrate them into business strategies.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming paradigms.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and ethical AI implementation.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, undefined problems in high-pressure environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
