Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the research, development, and integration of emerging tech stacks including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate long-term abstract concepts into actionable product milestones.
- Identify potential risks in long-term projects and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Strategy, or Technical Leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate abstract concepts into actionable products.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
