Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the Horizon 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Edge Computing, and IoT ecosystems.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, overseeing the prototyping and deployment of new systems.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in future tech integration and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product development.

- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
