Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI and Next-Gen computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to build scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies including Generative AI and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and system design.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI and data privacy regulations.
