Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems that integrate seamlessly with legacy infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of world-class engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of cutting-edge predictive models and data pipelines.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with a clear focus on future scalability.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing remote distributed teams.
