Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers and strategists to foster a culture of excellence and forward-thinking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent allocation to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential future risks in technological adoption and develop robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of significant change and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
