Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026+ horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing next-gen tech solutions (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs for future tech incubation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption and adaptation strategies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems preferred
