Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years in tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neurotech
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
