Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech disruptions across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and patent disclosures
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ global partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
