- Build and lead a world-class futurist team of 15+ technologists and market analysts

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
