Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and identify commercialization opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and keynote presentations
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong background in venture capital, corporate innovation, or R&D
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
