Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech policy and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on tech transformation
