Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service innovations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and policy
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating insights into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in scenario planning and risk modeling
- Strong executive communication abilities with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
