Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation incubators for emerging tech startups
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive opportunities
- Present strategic proposals to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior tech strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (preferred)
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
