Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ products and services
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI fusion)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Build and lead a 10-person future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish required for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech commercialization projects
