Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two cutting-edge tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in futures research frameworks
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
