Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead research initiatives on next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web, and biotech integration) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Champion innovation across departments by facilitating workshops, hackathons, and cross-functional collaboration sessions
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technology pilots and measure ROI against key performance indicators
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and translating insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and competitive analysis
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
