Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secured blockchain solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior futurists in tech ethics and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature on future tech adoption
- Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech projects (AI-driven biotech, quantum-resistant networks)
