Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development and customer experience
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Published research or patents in technology innovation or digital transformation
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
