Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
