Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting for tech adoption
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic certification or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
